This product is a first and second mortgage combination that can be offered with the benefit of requiring only a single valuation; it’s an effective way of obtaining higher loan to value ratios (up to 80%).
Product advantages include:
- The ability to obtain a first and second mortgage via one point of contact.
- The same valuation may be used for the first and second mortgage.
- Both sets of mortgage documents are prepared by one solicitor.
- The interest rates and fees are not affected by credit issues or loan arrears.
- CRAA issues – acceptable with a satisfactory explanation.
- Loan arrears - acceptable with a satisfactory explanation.
